Electricity On-Supply
Electricity at River Place is provided through the Body Corporate, with BCATS Australia managing billing and accounts.
All new residents will need to set up your electricity supply when you move in, simply complete the application form. Payments are billed directly, with discounts available for residents who choose direct debit.
GAS / HOT WATER On-Supply
Hot water and gas cooktops at River Place are managed via an Origin embedded network. You are billed for the energy used to heat your water (measured per litre or as a minimum charge) plus a daily supply fee. Natural gas cooktops are unmetered and billed at a flat daily rate as a separate line item on your Origin hot water bill. New residents must register their account upon move-in to ensure a continuous supply.
