Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings & Attendance The MPR must be booked in advance. The resident booking the room must be in attendance for the entire duration. Maximum of 20 guests. Maximum booking duration: 4 hours. The MPR must be cleaned and vacated by 10:00 pm. 2. Deposit A $100 cash deposit is required for key use and cleaning. The deposit will be refunded after inspection if the room is left clean and undamaged. If cleaning, rubbish removal, or repair is required, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. Key Collection Keys must be collected from Reception during office hours only: Mon–Thurs: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Fri: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm Sat: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Keys must be returned promptly after use. 4. Conduct & Restrictions The MPR must be left in the same condition it was found. All rubbish must be taken to B2 refuse area. Noise must be kept to a minimum in line with the River Place By-Laws. Music systems and electrical appliances are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, including the MPR. Residents and guests must comply with all instructions given by Management or Security. The sliding doors to the BBQ area must be closed and locked before departure. 5. Liability & Enforcement Residents are responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times. Non-compliance may result in loss of deposit, refusal of future bookings, and/or further action in accordance with the River Place By-Laws.
