Service Description
The Meeting Room at River Place is a versatile space designed for both work and leisure. With a large boardroom-style table and seating for group discussions, a wall-mounted TV for presentations, and a whiteboard for workshops or study, it is well suited to professional and community use. The room also includes a billiards table, offering a relaxed option for recreation in between meetings. Comfortable lounge chairs and natural light from the garden-facing window create a welcoming atmosphere, making the Meeting Room ideal for resident meetings, private study sessions, or small gatherings.
Cancellation Policy
The Meeting Room is available for use by River Place residents for small gatherings, meetings, or study. To maintain comfort and order, the following conditions apply: 1. Bookings The Meeting Room must be booked in advance. The resident making the booking must be present throughout. The room must be vacated by 10:00 pm. 2. Deposits A $50 deposit is required (for swipe/key access and cleaning). The deposit will be refunded once the room has been inspected and confirmed clean. Any cleaning, rubbish removal, or damage costs will be deducted. 3. Conduct & Rules All rubbish must be taken to B2 refuse area. Noise must be kept to a minimum in accordance with River Place By-Laws. Music systems and electrical appliances are not permitted. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the Meeting Room. Smoking is prohibited in all common areas. Pool balls must be returned to the office during office hours. Residents and guests must comply with instructions from Management or Security. 4. Liability Residents are responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times. Non-compliance may result in loss of deposit, refusal of future bookings, or further action under the By-Laws. Acknowledgement: By booking the Meeting Room, residents confirm they have read and agree to these conditions.
