2026 Census – Building Access and Resident Follow-Up

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the 2026 Census will be conducted on Tuesday, 11 August 2026.

Following Census night, Census staff may need to access the building to follow up with residents who have not yet completed their Census.

Census staff may therefore be present in the building and may knock on apartment doors to assist residents with completing their Census. They may also deliver Census materials by placing them under apartment doors or in letterboxes.

Please be assured that all Census staff carry official Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) identification and have undergone police checks. Census staff will not enter individual apartments.

Building Management will work with the ABS to facilitate access to the building where required.

Census follow-up activities are expected to conclude by the end of September 2026.
