River Place owners can now arrange the Body Corporate-approved automatic parking bollard for their car space for $440 including GST, including professional installation, two remotes, two keys and batteries. The approved option is designed to make securing your car space simple, convenient and compliant with building requirements.

On Friday, 4 September, at approximately 9:30 AM, we will be conducting a full building fire evacuation drill to test our emergency evacuation and fire safety procedures. When the alarm sounds, please evacuate the building immediately using the fire stairs only and make your way to the designated Assembly Area on Boundary Street, directly opposite the building.
