King’s Birthday Public Holiday – Office Closure

Please note that the River Place Management Office will be closed on Monday, 5 October 2026 for the King’s Birthday public holiday.

Our office will reopen as normal on Tuesday, 6 October 2026.

While the office is closed, residents are welcome to use our River Place Smart Concierge via the River Place Apartments website for general information, amenity booking requests and other building-related enquiries.

Please note that any booking requests or non-urgent enquiries submitted during the public holiday will be reviewed and processed once our team returns on Tuesday.

For urgent building matters, please continue to follow the usual after-hours contact procedures.
