Aireplus Services is offering residents a special annual rate for split-system air-conditioning deep chemical cleaning, commencing 17 August 2026 for one week only.

The special pricing is:

$146.50 incl. GST for the first split-system unit
$131.50 incl. GST for each additional unit in the same apartment
