Please be advised that the River Place Management Office will be closed on Wednesday, 12 August 2026 for the Ekka Day Public Holiday.
The Management Office will reopen as normal on Thursday, 13 August 2026 at 8:00 AM.
While the office is closed:
For general enquiries, please feel free to use our Smart Agent, available via the River Place Apartments website. The Smart Agent can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the website.
For facility or amenity bookings, please use our online booking page or the River Place Residents App (Wix) to make or manage your booking.
For any other non-urgent enquiries, please email hello@riverplaceapartments.com.au, and our team will respond as soon as possible upon our return.
For urgent building-related matters, please continue to follow the usual after-hours emergency procedures.
