Queensland smoke alarm requirements are changing, and all homes must be compliant by 1 January 2027.
To make the process easier for River Place residents, our team can assist with arranging compliant interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms for your apartment.
$130 + GST per smoke alarm
An optional remote control is also available at an additional cost for added safety, convenience and accessibility.
