Building notice: Building Flow Testing Works

Dear Residents,

We would like to inform you of scheduled building maintenance works taking place next week.

Flow testing will now be conducted on Monday, 11 May 2026, with contractors attending site from 6:30am to complete pre-start procedures. Two crews will be working together throughout the day to carry out the required testing.

As part of these works, a relay pump will be operated on Level 22 between approximately 10:00am and 12:00pm. Please note that this equipment can be noticeably loud during operation.

Additionally, to assist with contractor access, a number of loading bay parking spaces may be temporarily reserved during this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping these areas available where possible.

We understand that noise and access changes can be inconvenient, and we sincerely thank you for your patience while these important works are carried out to maintain the safety and performance of the building.
