External Window Cleaning – Commencing Monday, 24 August

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that external window cleaning works are scheduled to commence from Monday, 24 August at River Place Apartments Brisbane.

Professional window cleaners will be working around the exterior of the building and will be abseiling down the building to complete the cleaning works. Residents may therefore notice window cleaners, ropes and equipment outside apartment windows during this period.

Weather permitting, the works are expected to take approximately 5–6 days to complete.

For your privacy and comfort, residents may wish to keep blinds or curtains closed while cleaners are working near their apartment.

We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation while these scheduled maintenance works are carried out.
