River Place Apartment Management would like to kindly remind all residents and visitors to remain aware of their surroundings when entering the building, lifts, common areas and car park.

For everyone’s safety and security, please do not tailgate and do not allow others to enter behind you without their own authorised swipe access.

All residents and visitors must use their own swipe when entering the building. For car park entry, every individual must also use their own swipe, and residents are reminded to ensure the roller door is fully closed after entering the car park.
