Hot Water Upgrade Works – Noise Advisory

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that essential hot water system upgrade works will be taking place at River Place Apartments.

As part of these works, core drilling and other construction activities will be undertaken, which are expected to generate significant noise during the scheduled work period.

Work Schedule

📅 Tuesday, 28 July – Friday, 31 July🕗 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (daily)

During these hours, you may experience periods of loud drilling and construction noise. Every effort will be made by the contractors to minimise disruption while completing these important improvement works safely and efficiently.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we undertake these necessary building upgrades to improve the facilities for all residents.
