Building notice: Hot Water Pipe Replacement Project – Defects Inspections

Dear Residents and Property Managers,

We would like to advise that Iridium Projects have now completed the Hot Water Pipe Replacement Project at River Place. As part of the final process, Ripple Group will be carrying out defects inspections throughout the building.

While corridor inspections may occur at various times, access to all apartments will be required on Friday, 8 May 2026, between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

This will be a non-invasive inspection to confirm that all required works have been completed within each apartment. A team of three contractors will be attending on the day to ensure the inspections are completed as efficiently as possible across the building.

Please kindly ensure access is available during this time. Apartments that cannot be accessed on the day may be excluded from the defects inspection process and noted accordingly.
