Dear Residents,
We would like to share an update regarding our Containers for Change donations.
Thanks to your continued support, River Place has recently donated $3,600 to Wesley Mission.
We are also pleased to let you know that our latest donation of $3,500 has now been directed toward supporting Ilimo Aid Post in Kokoda LLG, Oro Province, Papua New Guinea.
Ilimo Aid Post is a small rural clinic that provides essential healthcare services to more than 5,400 people across several villages along the Kokoda Highway.
The clinic is currently in urgent need of basic medical equipment, including examination beds, antenatal and delivery beds, patient trolleys and privacy screens. Funds will also assist with important maintenance works to help create a safer and more hygienic environment for patients and staff.
This support will directly help improve access to healthcare, maternal and child health services, and emergency care for the local community.
On behalf of the River Place Management Team, thank you to everyone who continues to participate in the Containers for Change initiative. Your small contributions are making a meaningful difference to communities in need.
Warm regards,
River Place Management Team
