RESIDENT NOTICE - Temporary Hot Water Shutdown – Levels 32–38

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that there will be a temporary hot water shutdown on:

Date: Thursday, 27 November 2025

Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm (approximately)

Affected Levels: 32–38

This outage is required to complete hot water upgrade works for the building. During this time, hot water will not be available in the affected apartments. Cold water supply will not be impacted.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while we complete these essential improvement works.
