RIVERFIRE CELEBRATIONS - Saturday 5th September 2026
Celebrating Brisbane at the city’s favourite event, Riverfire by Australian Retirement Trust ignites Brisbane Festival 2026 with one of the most electrifying displays in Australia for an unforgettable night of community celebrations.

The Entry and Foyer will be controlled by Security Guards from 3 PM. We strongly suggest arranging for your guests to arrive before 3 PM, as significant delays can be expected for later arrivals.
All Lifts will be controlled by Security Guards from 3 PM to 7:30 PM and from 9 PM to 11 PM. Outside these times, lifts will operate normally with your swipe. Note that lifts will only service the ground floor to level 38 during these times, with no service to basement levels. If using the basement car parks, you can only access the building via the Front Door entrance.
The Intercom system is not designed to handle high traffic volumes. Be aware of potential significant delays during entry and exit. PLEASE be patient.
All food deliveries must be completed before 3 PM and should be met at the Foyer Entrance. Open alcohol is NOT allowed in the Foyer area at any time.
The Front Driveway will be closed from 3 PM to 8 PM. Given the limited parking, we suggest your visitors use public transport. Residents with basement car parks must enter via Arch Lane from 3 PM to 8 PM. Visitors and residents with car parks on Levels G-2 should follow directions and enter through the driveway exit.
Residents are fully responsible for their guests and their behaviour.
No access to the POOL, BBQ and GYMNASIUM areas will be permitted from 4 PM. Access to the Boardwalk areas will also be locked at 4 PM. You can access the boardwalk via Boundary Street/Arch Lane.
All noise must cease by 11 PM as normal noise By-Laws apply. Security and Management callouts will incur a $220 fee. Please be considerate of fellow residents’ right to ‘quiet enjoyment’ during this time.
Management and Security Guards will be on duty to ensure everyone enjoys the night safely. Throwing objects off balconies is a criminal offence and action will be taken against offenders. River Place Apartments is a non-smoking building. Security cameras are in operation 24/7.
