Service Description
Residents may request additional keys and access devices through River Place. All keys are registered and must be ordered and paid for in advance. Available items & pricing: Registered Apartment Key: $93.50 each Registered Storage Key: $93.50 each Mailbox Key: $38.50 each Plain Swipe: $33.00 each Button Fob: $180.00 each Barrel + 2 Keys: $668.00 each Important Notes: Keys must be paid for at the time of ordering (no cash; card payments only). Delivery time is 10–14 working days. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain security and order within River Place, all key and access device orders are subject to the following conditions: Eligibility & Process Only residents, owners, or authorised managing agents may place key orders. A valid apartment number must be provided with every order. Orders must clearly state the type and quantity of keys required. Payment All keys and devices must be paid for at the time of ordering. No cash payments will be accepted; card only. Orders will not be processed without payment in full. Delivery & Collection Keys may take 10–14 working days for delivery. Residents will be notified once their order is available for collection. Responsibility Residents are responsible for the safekeeping of all keys and devices issued. Any lost or damaged items must be replaced at the resident’s expense. Misuse or unauthorised duplication of keys is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary or legal action. Acknowledgement By placing an order, the resident confirms they have read and understood this policy, and agree to all conditions.
