This practical onboarding program prepares new Building Managers, Facility Managers and relief management staff to operate River Place Apartments professionally, safely and consistently. Short lessons, checklists, scenario exercises, video placeholders and quizzes cover the River Place operating model, Body Corporate responsibilities, by-laws, daily operations, maintenance, emergencies, contractors, resident service, projects and compliance. River Place-specific procedures, contacts and local arrangements are clearly marked where they must be supplied. By the end, participants can manage common situations confidently, communicate with residents and stakeholders appropriately, and know when and how to escalate.
